You can transfer, save and sync your progress using one of the Save features available on all Android and iOS devices.
Before transferring your progress, please update the game on both devices to the newest version available. This way, your data will be compatible and ready for a successful transfer!
- Go to the game Settings on the device with the progress you want to save or transfer. Let’s call this “Device A”.
- Connect to Save feature on this device using your Google Play Games, Apple Game Center, or Facebook account.
- Go to the game Settings on the other device you want to transfer your progress to. Let’s call this “Device B”.
- Connect to Save feature on this device. Make sure that “Device B” is logged in to the same Facebook, Google, or Game Center account you used to save your progress on with ”Device A”.
Note that Save options are currently not available on Kindle devices which means there is no official way of transferring or backing up progress on Kindle.
Otherwise, you can restore your permanent real money purchases. To do so, open Subway Surfers > go to the ‘Shop’ menu > tap on ‘Store’ > swipe all the way down and use the green "Restore purchases" button. Make sure to be logged in with the same account the purchase was made in.
If you are experiencing issues with transferring your progress from a device to another, please first check that you have the newest version of the game installed on both devices.
